An antioxidant a day keeps the free radicals away!

We talk about antioxidants a lot…but that’s because they are so essential! They are arguably the most important line of defense when it comes to our overall health - our body's "soldiers" that defend against free radical damage and keep our immune systems working strong. So it’s imperative that we make sure that we are getting the proper amount of antioxidants every day!  

 

Antioxidants neutralize the free radicals in our body, protecting the structural integrity of cells and tissues and when that doesn’t happen - the free radicals can cause damage in our bodies.
