A Day with Lisa Pineiro (as She Preps for Labor Day)

A Day with Lisa Pineiro (as She Preps for Labor Day)

Founder of Glotrition, real woman with a real life, and yes, she actually uses the products.

Labor Day weekend is around the corner, but Lisa Pineiro isn’t packing up for the lake or throwing together party platters. She’s doing something more important: using the week to slow down, take inventory, and reset. Because fall doesn’t just show up it hits. And this week is her buffer.

If you’ve ever wondered what it really looks like to be the face of a beauty-from-within brand and still keep your skin, schedule, and sanity intact, Lisa’s letting us peek behind the curtain.

Spoiler: it’s not 12 steps and perfection. It’s routine, rhythm, and a whole lot of grace.

7:30 AM: No Email, No Noise

The phone stays facedown. The dog gets a quick walk. And the first non-negotiable? A few deep breaths and a tall glass of water, outside if weather allows.

“Fall is busy for us. So I use this week to slow down in the mornings, reset my brain, and not start the day in cortisol mode.”

Her go-to morning lineup:

  • Afterglo (first thing! Part of her AM/PM protocol)

  • SPF and vitamin C serum, no fuss

  • A quick check of the calendar, but no Slack until later

8:00 AM: Hair RX + Protein First

Lisa doesn’t skip breakfast, ever. Her plate usually includes soft scrambled eggs, avocado, maybe sautéed spinach or mushrooms. She takes Hair RX with it.

“It’s a routine now. I treat it like brushing my teeth, especially when I’m feeling run-down or shedding more.”

9:00 AM: CEO Mode On

Zooms, product reviews, and catch-ups with the Glotrition team fill the first half of her day. Somewhere between calls, she drops Mood gummies.

“Saffron and L-theanine help me stay even, especially when we’re deep in product testing or filming content. And I always keep extra in the office for my team.”

Midday: Lunch, Hydration, and Content Check-ins

Lunch is usually a big salad with lean protein, something fermented, and another full glass of water this time mixed with Super Beauty Elixir.

“It’s not a ‘beauty drink’ to me. It’s skin nutrition. Plus, it makes drinking water all day way easier.”

This is also when Lisa hops on Stories, answers community questions, or reviews user content. She keeps it light but intentional.

“People want real. They want to know what works and what doesn’t. I try to show up for them like I would a friend.”

3:00 PM: Afternoon Reset

Instead of reaching for another coffee, Lisa steps outside with her dog, takes a short walk, and does a quick head check.

“Sometimes I’ll take an extra Afterglo if I didn’t that morning. But mostly I just move and hydrate. Burnout doesn’t serve anyone, especially not my skin.”

6:00 PM: Social Hour or Homebody Mode

Weeknight plans vary. Lisa might meet friends for a casual dinner, host wine on the patio, or settle in with something nourishing and simple.

“This time of year, everyone’s trying to squeeze in the last bits of summer. I try to say yes when I have the energy, but also protect my peace.”

9:00 PM: Wind Down + Skin Repair

The phone’s away, lights are low, and Lisa’s winding down. About 30 minutes before bed, she takes her Sleep gummy.

“The formula is smart. I sleep deeper, and my skin looks calmer the next day. I notice it especially when I’ve been consistent with Afterglo and Elixir during the day.”

Her nighttime skincare depends on the day. Sometimes it's serum and moisturizer, sometimes just a warm washcloth and bed.

How She’s Thinking About the Weekend

Lisa’s not overbooking. She’s clearing space. One long walk, a little journaling, maybe a face mask. Her version of a reset isn’t about checking out it’s about checking in.

“I used to think I had to do more to feel accomplished. Now, I focus on doing what actually works for me. That’s where my Glo comes from.”
